Coca Cola Bottling Plant

This former Coca-Cola bottling plant complex was built in 1931, with updates in 1940 and 1949. The exterior is faced with glazed terracotta tile while the interior has travertine walls. The buildings are now used as a public school bus facility.

    That is an amazing building and I’m so happy that they found another use for it rather than tear it down. In many cases it seems to be a trend to re-purpose old buildings rather than scrap and build, which, as an architecture student, I’m very happy about.
