I finished The Eyre Affair on Sunday, and last night wrapped up The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, which I’m reading for one of my book clubs. Both are highly recommended.
Over the weekend, I had a weird digital cable outage that wiped out everything I had saved on my DVR, so I lost all my past episodes of The L-Word. Crap. On the bright side, my now clean hard drive will let me schedule everything my little heart desires, including Sopranos, Deadwood, Joan of Arcadia, Wonderfalls, Gilmore Girls, Ellen, Survivor, and the brit hit Keen Eddie.
I also recorded an episode of A&E’s “The Secret Life of a Serial Killer” on local sexual predator Herb Baumeister. I learned a lot that I never got from the local news on the case. It makes me wonder… I remember hearing a story about a guy disappearing up in Muncie when I was there at school. The story was that he left The Mark III to meet someone, and they later found his car with the door open, and he never showed up to meet his family the next day.
