I has a package

The post office gave me a notice to come pick something up from them. I believe it would be my wedding dress. Yay!

Wow, I’ve had a distinct lack of blogging here. That’s not for want of things to write, just time. I think I have three books I need to note on my “have read” list, and a couple of movies, also. I’ll get to them tomorrow morning. Tonight we have book club; this month’s selection was Perfume by Patrick Suskind.

I know I don’t usually talk much about work, but lately the design(s) I’ve been working on for a couple of sites have been pretty well received, so I’m happy about that. And of course I’m really looking forward to sxsw.com. We leave March 6th.

I was so excited about the Special Election that for the first time in my life I went down the first day of “Absentee Voting” and proudly cast my vote for André Carson !

Wilson works on the Carson campaign, if it’s not apparent in his comment. 🙂 I’m not thrilled about the special election; something I’m going to get to in my post about it. I’m voting for Andre Carson, but I’m holding my nose while doing so – and I’m only supporting him because Elrod is worse. I would much rather have Orentlicher as a candidate, but the Democratic party in Marion County didn’t see fit to install him as the candidate. I’m definitely voting for Orentlicher in the May primary.

I’m merely an enthusiastic volunteer and longtime personal friend of André Carson …
